This includes name, corporate email, phone details, uploaded resumes, work histories, and technical specifications submitted via our talent or client contact portals.

We do not harvest data from external unauthorized sources. Any information you provide is maintained in our secured encrypted databases and used exclusively for the purposes for which it was originally collected.

Information security is at the core of our enterprise architecture. We deploy physical, digital, and procedural access controls aligned perfectly with ISO 27001:2022 standards.

All uploaded candidate documents, internal API logs, and operational databases are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. In transit, data is protected using TLS 1.3 protocols with continuous network vulnerability scanning active 24/7.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection laws, you retain absolute authority over your personal information. You possess the right to:

• Inspect and request a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Update or correct any inaccuracies in your personal records.
• Request permanent deletion of your data from our primary and backup databases (Right to be Forgotten).
